Every year it's the same routine: drag out the ladder, untangle strands, find the dead bulbs, clip lights to the gutters in the cold, and take it all back down in January. Permanent Christmas lights end that. The track goes up once, the lights stay put, and every December you open the app and pick your scene: classic warm white, red and green, candy cane, or a slow color chase. Schedules turn them on at dusk and off at bedtime automatically, all season long.
Permanent holiday lighting usually costs about the same as two to four years of hiring someone to hang and remove temporary lights, and then it's yours. Free written proposal. Final pricing depends on footage, the height of the house and where the power comes from, so we give you a written design and price before any work begins. No surprises.

Every home is custom quoted. What moves the price is how much roofline you light, the height of the house and where the power comes from. You get a written design and price after a free consultation.
Barely. The aluminum track is low-profile and color-matched to your trim, so it reads as part of the roofline from the street.
No. You choose. Most people run warm white in the evenings and switch to colors for holidays and game days, all on schedules in the app.
Most homes are done in one day for most homes. Larger or more complex homes may take a little longer.
If you hang lights yourself, it ends the ladder work and the yearly strand replacements. If you pay someone to hang and remove them, a permanent system usually pays for itself within a few seasons, and you get year-round lighting too.
No. The track mounts to the fascia or under the soffit, not through the shingles, and the wiring is routed cleanly.
Commercial-grade Strata permanent lighting: adjustable white and millions of colors, individual-bulb zoning, and app-based scenes and schedules.
Bulbs are individually replaceable. Call or text the installer directly and it gets scheduled. No ticket queue.
